2 ingredient pizza? Yep a 2 ingredient pizza! This is a super quick easy pizza that only takes 10-15 minutes to prepare, and cuts out the guilt of eating a takeaway pizza, as well as the proofing time of the pizza dough!
Ingredients
- 1 cup choice of bread flour
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- Tomato Purée
- Toppings of choice
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F/ 200°c/ Gas mark 6
- Mix the flour and Greek yoghurt into a bowl until it forms a stiff dough. Add more flour is needed.
- Scoop the dough out onto a floured surface and knead before rolling the dough out into a pizza shaped base. Transfer to a grease proofed baking sheet
- Top the base with tomato purée and toppings of choice.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the base is slightly browned and crispy on the outside
- Serve with garlic and herb dip and Enjoy!
