Hey there! I’m Lucy, an online fitness coach and personal trainer.
For 13 years I was a dancer and dabbled in and out of athletics from the age of 12. Through those years I personally learnt a lot about the health and fitness industry and how it works. But from that I got a real passion for health and fitness.
The reason for transitioning from athlete to coach was pretty simple because I wanted to teach individuals to learn to love their bodies and gain confidence from the moment they step foot in the gym. Through battling with an eating disorder for 4 years, I understand potentially how you are currently feeling… I’ve been there and done it.
With my knowledge and your commitment I truly believe we can get somewhere. As a coach I will provide you with all the tools you will need to not only look your best, but to feel your best and ultimately support you for the rest of your life also.
Life is short! It’s truly important to live it to the fullest also, and that’s why with me there will be no restrictions on food, social events or having to spend hours in the gym. Learning to create the balance between life and your health and fitness is really important as this is how you’ll transform your body and mindset, setting you up for long term success.
